Payment methods and billing
22Connect supports several secure payment methods. The list shown at checkout depends on your country and the device you're using.
Accepted methods
- Credit and debit cards: Visa, Mastercard, and American Express, depending on region
- Apple Pay on iOS devices and on Safari
- Google Pay on Android devices and on Chrome
- PayPal, where available
Payments are processed by our payment partners. We never see or store your full card details.
Currency and pricing
Prices are displayed in the currency shown on the package page. The exact amount you'll be charged is shown clearly in the order summary before you confirm payment. Any conversion to your card's billing currency, plus foreign-transaction or processing fees, is determined by your card issuer or payment provider — not by 22Connect.
Receipts and order history
A receipt is sent to your account email after each successful purchase. You can also view your full purchase history under Dashboard → Orders, including order ID, package, price, and associated line ICCID.
Failed payments
If a payment fails:
- Check that the card details and billing address are correct.
- Make sure 3-D Secure / one-time bank confirmation is completed (some banks ask for an SMS or app approval).
- Verify your card allows international and online purchases.
- Try a different payment method.
"Pending" charge but no order
If you see a charge marked as pending or "authorisation" on your statement but the order didn't complete, that is a temporary authorisation hold, not a final charge. Your bank will release the hold automatically, typically within a few business days. Contact your bank if you need exact timing for your country.
Disputes and chargebacks
If you have a billing question or believe a charge is incorrect, please contact us first. We can usually resolve issues quickly. Filing a chargeback with your bank before contacting us may result in temporary account suspension while the dispute is reviewed, which can interrupt service on any active lines.
